What is "Stay and Train"?
Our Stay & Train package is a modified version of our Gold Standard program, designed for families who will be out of town and would like their dog to receive structured training during their absence.
Unlike the Gold Standard program, dogs remain with us for the duration of their stay and do not return home on weekends. While this package does not include weekly in-home lessons during training, it does include a private lesson upon your dog’s return home, followed by a second follow-up lesson the following week to help ensure the training is successfully transferred and maintained in the home environment.
What's Included?
Every dog is a unique individual, and their training program should be too. At Top City Dogs, we don’t believe in “cookie-cutter” training. Instead, we take the time to understand your family’s specific goals and needs, then build a customized program designed to set both you and your dog up for long-term success. The Golden Standard program can cover a wide range of foundational skills, including:
Potty Training • Crate Training • Marker/Clicker Training • Handler Focus • Separation Anxiety Prevention • Impulse Control / Leave It • Introduction to Place • Leash Walking • Basic Obedience • Safe Grooming & Handling • Socialization • and much more!
Pricing
The Stay and Train program is $100 per day.
