Private Training Sessions
Private training sessions are only available to clients who have already completed one of our Board and Train programs. These private sessions are strictly for maintaining the training that the dog has already received during their Board and Train.
Clients located outside of our 20-mile radius may incur additional travel fees or may only be eligible for virtual sessions.
Maintaining the Training
~ Single Touch-up Lesson ~ $75 Per Hour
~ Three Weekly Touch-Up Lessons ~ $50 Per Hour
nearly 30% discount, must be used within three consecutive weeks
Training is only good training if it works, and it only works if it is practiced. Much like learning a foreign language, without putting the time and repetitions in to upkeep it the dog will eventually revert back to doing what comes natural to them which was likely the reason you decided to call us in the first place.
Every Stay and Train graduate automatically gets two private lessons (four with the Golden Standard) included with their initial package, however we encourage our clients to continue training with our guidance and supervision so their initial efforts (and money spent) weren't in vain.
Private lessons are conducted in your home and in the space where the your dog is expected to live and behave appropraitely. We do this so our trainer can spot where there are moments of confusion and lack of clarity for both the dog and the handler so we can respond and adjust what's happening in real time.
