Becoming one with Nature
We take pride in knowing that we are truly one of the best options for dog boarding in the NE Kansas area. While staying with TCD, your pup will enjoy tons of acreage to run and play on real grass under the careful supervision of a professional handler. Weather permitting, we go on two 1/2 mile nature hikes per day through rolling pastureland and woodland areas alongside a large spring-fed pond. Guests are walked on 50ft long leashes which allow them freedom to run and explore while still being safely tethered and under control.
Quiet and relaxing
Top City Dogs only boards three dogs at a time total, which allows us to truly get to know the personalities of our guests and in turn allows them the ability to bond with only one or two people during their stay vs. a constantly rotating roster of staff members. Top City Dogs is an excellent choice for introverted dogs that struggle in noisy, boisterous commercial kennel spaces and require a calmer and more serene atmosphere in order to be comfortable.
Always room for fun
Energetic and excitable dogs are also welcome, as our training and handling specialty primarily encompasses highly driven working dogs. We are constantly upgrading our training room to add more mentally stimulating enrichment activities and our spacious fields for exercise are hard to beat.
Making the sleepover feel just like home
Sleeping accommodations are located within our completely converted training room and guests are welcome to bring any comfort items from home to decorate their space during their stay.
Since TCD is our home, your pup will not be left alone overnight until the next shift clocks in. We sleep where they sleep, and are always there to respond to emergencies or give just give an extra night time cuddle if needed.
